Hello, I’m Katie Hermanns.
My desire has always been to positively impact my community. I enjoy mentoring and coaching others as they pursue their dreams. I also love partnering with organizations on their journeys to success.
With nearly ten years of experience in corporate and government agencies, and a Doctorate degree in Business and Project Management, I have the skills, experience, and education to walk into an organization, identify challenges, make recommendations, and implement improvements.
My mission is to ALWAYS leave an organization better than I found it, and to build strong community relationships along the way.
